Jim is the managing director and principal owner of Towers & Associates, a full-service real estate company. Jim has over 35 years of experience in commercial property sales, leasing, real estate appraisal, and property management. Jim is a licensed real estate broker (DRE # 01342640), certified general appraiser (BREA # AG003282), an MAI and AI-GRS designated member of Appraisal Institute (Account # 102341), and a Certified Commercial Investment Member designated member of the CCIM Institute.
Jim’s extensive experience in appraisal, consulting, sales, and leasing includes investment-grade office buildings, shopping centers, industrial warehouse / manufacturing plants, business parks, apartments, residential subdivisions, master-planned communities, and single-family homes.
Jim is also actively employed by major lenders as a review appraiser with the primary responsibility of ensuring USPAP and lender guideline compliance.
Cheryl Towers
Cheryl is co-owner and office manager for Towers & Associates and Towers Property Management. Cheryl’s experience spans more than 20 years in real estate support services, appraisal, and as a transaction coordinator.
Cheryl is also a passionate supporter of philanthropic organizations in the community of Redlands. Cheryl is past President of Bonnes Meres auxiliary supporting Children’s Fund of San Bernardino and is a sustaining member of the Associates of the Redlands Bowl.
Erik Martin
Erik joined Towers & Associates in June 2015. Erik is a California licensed real estate appraiser (BREA # AR003282) as well as a licensed real estate agent (DRE # 02027995). Erik’s extensive background in appraisal spans 20+ years and includes residential tract development as well as a both commercial and industrial valuation assignments throughout the Inland Empire and Los Angeles Counties. With a background in appraisal, Erik has a unique and valuable perspective to offer clients looking for an agent to assist with commercial sales and / or leasing.
Ryan Towers
I joined Towers & Associates in August 2024. I am a licensed real estate agent in the state of California (DRE: 02248366). Ive had extensive background in hospitality, luxury short term rental in maintenance and operations positions from the last 4 years, as well as obtaining my degree in Business Administration (emphasis in management with a certification in Economics). Having worked from the ground up in well established hotel chains, to new rental companies, it has prepared me to tackle my property management position head on while building my career as a real estate agent.
